Opening Preliminary Rounds (128, 64, 32, 16): Thursday, January 5 – Friday, January 6 -Saturday, January 7
Final Rounds (8, 4, 2): Sunday, January 8
Times: Play will begin at 8am on Friday and noon on Saturday/Sundays. Participants should arrive for check-in 30 minutes prior to their scheduled game-time.
Tournament brackets will be posted online at www.JNX360.com NO ID…NO PLAY!

Tournament Difficulty: All Madden

Each participant agrees as follows:
1. Registration: October 1 – December 31, 2011 * All registration will take place online at www.JNX360.com using the online registration feature.
2. Eligibility and Limitations: Participation is only for RECORDING ARTIST! If you’re not an artist you will not be eligible to participate in this Madden 2012 tournament.
3. Tournament Preparation
a) Be prepared to play any of the teams in Madden Football 2012.
b) There will be no consoles available for warm-up prior to competing.
c) It is the responsibility of the competitors to know how to play Madden Football 2012.
The Tournament Organizers are not required to provide How‐To‐Play instructions.
4. Console and Game Settings
a) All consoles, games, and controllers will be supplied at the event. The PlayStation 3 system will be used throughout competition.
b) No cheats will be allowed, nor will the use of objects external to the controllers be allowed. Should a participant be caught cheating or using an external object, they will be immediately disqualified.
c) Team Selection:
1. Once participant has entered tournament, such participant may play with any one of the current 32 (thirty two) NFL teams. The all-time teams/ fantasy teams are not allowed in the Tournament.
2. Coin toss for first team pick
d) Game Settings:
1. Quarter length: 4 minutes
2. Skill: All Madden
3. Playbook: Any Madden
4. All other settings will default
5. Overtime (OT) will decide all ties. If tied after 1 OT, then will play a GRUDGE MATCH (same coin toss selector) and will play regular quarters until there is a score. Must play with same HOME and AWAY teams.

5. Schedule
a) Registration begins at 9 am on October 1 and shall close at 5pm on December 31, 2011. Pre-registration required (see www.JNX360.com). If any spots remain open, these will be filled on a first come, first serve basis the day of the event.
b) Once the first 128 spots are filled, registration will be closed. Tournament organizers reserve the right to alter the number of available slots at any time.
c) Participants should be available to play on Thursday, January 5 – Friday, January 6 -Saturday, January 7 -Sunday, January 8
d) All play will take place in the upstairs cardio gallery, located in the Junxtion 360 Multimedia Studio.
e) The “gaming pit” will be supervised by a “Lazaro Ruiz and Hugo Guzman”.
f) This is single elimination, with no losers’ bracket.



6. Procedures
a) Tournament seeding will be determined in random fashion by tournament organizers.
Please be sure to check in with the beginning play. A valid ID card is required before each game. NO ID…NO PLAY!
b) The Tournament format is a 1 vs. 1 format.
c) Before each game of the Tournament, the organizer will flip a coin. Winner will decide if he/she wants to be the home or away team.
d) This is a single-elimination tournament. No pausing, delays or rewinds allowed. If you do
pause a game (using START button), then you must burn a timeout as a penalty. If you
have no timeouts left, you will be required to take a penalty (delay of game for offense, or offsides for defense).
e) “Skunk Rule”: 21 points more than your opponent at any point in the game wins the game. There is NO comebacks once the opponent scores 21-0 game is over!
f) The winner of each round will be determined by highest point total and will advance to the next round (128-64-32-16-8-4-2-1).
g) Participants must remain in the Tournament heat locations until scoring is complete.
Leaving the competition area before a completed set may result in disqualification
h) Players have 60 seconds, upon notification that they’re next to play, to report to their match or they will face immediate disqualification. We need to keep the event moving in a timely fashion.

7. Tournament Conduct and Decisions
a) By participating in the Tournament, competitors agree to be bound by the decisions of the Tournament organizers. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Tournament, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. No sideline coaching or gambling on games allowed.
b) Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Foul language of any kind will not be permitted or tolerated.
c) No memory cards or saved games allowed
d) Shaking, jiggling (looking left and right in rapid succession to shake the screen) is prohibited. Any other action designed to disrupt the opposing player’s view of the field, or ability to select controlled players, is prohibited.
e) All scores are final, negative remarks to the Tournament Administrator or personnel of the Tournament Organizers will not be tolerated.
f) The Tournament Organizers will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules of the Tournament and the Tournament Organizers’ decisions concerning such disputes will be final.
g) If the conduct or outcome of the Tournament is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Tournament Organizers, the Tournament Organizers reserve the right to terminate the Tournament, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Tournament Organizers deem appropriate.
h) Any intentional distraction to the players while they are playing will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the premises, including turning off the game.
i) Controllers are supplied by the tournament. If a controller is defective, a player can pause the game and notify the referee. If a player plays with a defective controller, all results are counted.
j) All decisions will be made by the Tournament Organizers and are final. The Tournament
Organizers may waive any of these rules in their sole discretion and/or may make determinations and rulings that are contrary to rules in the spirit of fairness.

Today I choose to listen to Episode #18 Tools, tools, tools the episodes start of by talking about a couple websites www.designinspiration.net, www.pintool.com, www.ztool.com, www.kickstarter.com, This particular podcast didn’t talk as much about the development of website, it focused more on effective tools out on the web.

I was excited to learn about these tools especially www.kickstarter.com this site was developed to assist creative minded people to get their project and idea out to mass media to see if someone is interested in picking up the idea and funding. The conversation was very interesting in regards to this site; lots of ideas and great points were discussed. I was excited for a couple of reason, first the site gives creative mind individuals an opportunity for funding and positive exploitation of the idea, second I was able to relate some of this points in this podcast to some of the situations (copyrights and publishing) I deal with, with the artist we assist. I spend a lot of time explaining to artist that it important for them to understand that once someone funds your project they pretty much own you. In some of this podcast discussion these points were brought up in the same way. Investor look at it the same way a label does; like it would not have worked with out the big funding. This is a factor that isn’t considered when looking for funding. Other elements are important also such as the control of the creativity, the possibilities of not branding the idea with your brand, selling out ownership it risky! So although www.kickstarter.com is a great site for the creaitve mind please keep in consideration what come along with it if some funds you!

Managers wear all hats!

I have realized that it is difficult to have success in the music industry without budget. I know now that it doesn't matter how good you are!!! Unlike other people I have decided to not allow this to hold me up and a CEO nor hold up the artist that believe and trust in me to take them to the next level. As a manager I fell like my job is to problem solve any issue that arise. So I'm in the mix of getting done assisting my partner in finishing up our multimedia studio which includes production, sound recording, graphics arts, web development, photography, marketing, and promotion team; to assist our artist more. Junxtion 360 Multimedia Studio is the name of our new recording studio. We will focus on providing high quality recording for a competative price. I realize that you can get more done in house without having to make the big expenses. I encourage all of you interested in pursuing a career in the music industry to start of by coming up with realistic goals. Once you have done that get together with people that share your same vision and interest. You do this by staying up with the trends, going to every event possible, seminars, conferences and etc... Then build a team of people around that vision. get a business plan together and then make sure you have the budget to put everything in action.


P.S. Keep your eyes open for the bad apple(s) there grow on every tree!

What Have I Been Up Too......

I just got FIRED from a job( Central Self Storage in Daly City, Ca) that I have been at for almost 3 years. I have counted almost 4 million dollars for them and there reasoning for firing my manager and I was because there was 250.00 missing and our building wasn't secure. In the time that I have been with this company we never had a security issue nor has any money have came short, and keep in mind that we are located next door to the Broadmoor Police Station. The sad thing about this is the fact that my manager had told me a couple of months ago that he was going to be quitting in May or June for sure and he encouraging me to start getting myself prepared for the project management position was I was excited about because it would give me full benefits and also give me more pay which would allow me to be able to provide a bit more for my family. During my time with the company my regional and I didn't see eye to eye. Doesn't this seem really odd that out of the "BLUES" we had monies missing and the building wasn't secured! Again keep in mind that the police station is next door to us and we work upstair after hours getting our recording studio together?

Who's The King Of RnBay?

So as all you Bay Area music fans know , The Bay Area has had an RnB trend running for the last few years starting with the self proclaimed "King Of RnBay" J Valentine then followed Radio 3000's Spring Break appearance that left all of us thinking the Bay Area had one more run after the Hyphy Movement fuck up! Soon after to be topped by Matt Blaque's run with the Bay smash single Shorty All Over Me, followed by Jamillions track with Furious WE ON Fire that was played by The Golden State Warrior during halftime, and now on top of the RnBAY game R.O.D with the hit record "I Can't Stand You". I almost accidently added Erk The Jerk in this pool of artist but the fact is that auto tuner did most of the job on that track! So who next? This region is swaped with talent vocalist and songwriters; De'Juan Love, Mac Arthur, Big Chaly, The Lion Boys, Nio Tha Gift, Raven, Don Coats, and many more to list. With this in mind before we find out who next to take the RnBAY trowne. We need to crown "The King Of RnBAY" So we figured that we would solve this issue with a region wide contest crowing the "WHO's KING OF RnBAY". This contest will allow the Bay Area RnBAY fan to properly Crown "The King Of RnBAY". Stay Tune and Put your vote!

What's Currently In The MIX For Twin Towers Management

Hey Bay Area! To answer the question for those of you wondering what we have been up to. We are currently in the mix of a few things. First of all we are currently working with RnBay Star De'Juan Love from San Francisco. We are in the mix of recording three projects for him. The first project coming out is the highly anticipated " GUMBO" RnBAY MIXTAPE. "GUMBO" is a mixture of old and new school R&B and hip-hop tracks converted into RnB classics, with the first record on the mix-tape being a remake of the GREATEST track in the HIstory of HIP-HOP Talib Kweli & Hi tek - The Blast. We renamed it "FOR THE LOVE OF MUSIC" featuring Priest The UGK. Gumbo will have enough track to reach the ear of a wide audience young or old and RnB/ Hip-Hop . Meanwhile we are also in the mid stages of a collaboration album with BIG RICH named "The CrossOver" which is being recorded at 17 Hertz studios in the East Bay. We decided to do this album to exploit both artist versatility by taking both artist out of their comfort zones. So far the project is going great their lots of chemistry in the lab. Both of these guys went to Washington HIgh in San Francisco together so there is lots of history between the two of them. The third project we are recording is the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow" album which will be talking about De'Juan Love timeline since birth, his loses and hardship in the past, his present struggle as being young parent, African American and from the Ghetto, to the present and the pursuit of happiness we are in . De'Juan Love is currently one of the eight contestant in the High taunted "Who's The King Of RnBAY" contest?
